How to access suggested content?

The organization can suggest routes, courses or certificates to strengthen your training process.

You can access the suggested content by going to the My content section and entering a route, course or certificate in the Suggested tab.

Important: if you have notifications configured, you will receive an email invitation indicating that you have been invited to a suggested content.

In the suggested section you will find all the optional contents that you can enroll in.

You can access the content information and if you like it you can simply select the option to enroll.

Some suggested contents may have a maximum number of spaces available, if the space is already full you can enroll to be on the waiting list. 

If a space is released, the platform will send you a message informing you that a space has been released for you to enroll.

Important: if you are on the waiting list and you receive a message informing you that a place has been released, you must hurry to enroll, the platform does not reserve the places, the first one to enroll is the one who will have access to the courses regardless of the order in which they appear on the waiting list. 

There is always the option to un-enroll from a course, look in the section of routes, Active or Upcoming courses or certificates and in the card you can select the option Un-enroll.
